Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of BuyerDrill ("BuyerDrill", "we", "us"), including our website and the practice service. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use BuyerDrill.

1. What BuyerDrill is

BuyerDrill is an online practice tool. An AI plays an overseas buyer in short spoken or typed role-plays, and the service gives you a score and suggested lines. It is for practice only. It is not legal, trade, compliance, or professional advice, and it does not act on your behalf with any real buyer.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use BuyerDrill for your employer, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

3. Your account

Keep your login details safe and tell us at support@buyerdrill.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Plans and usage limits

• Free: up to 3 drills per month. Monthly windows start on the day you sign up.
• Pro: up to 30 drills per month, billed monthly or yearly. The yearly plan has the same monthly limit.
• Trade-show pass: up to 40 drills within 30 days of purchase. One-time payment, no renewal.
• Founding seat: up to 15 drills per month for 12 months, limited to the first 100 buyers. One-time payment, no renewal.

Unused drills do not roll over. A drill is one practice session with the AI buyer. We may set a reasonable maximum length per drill so the service stays fast and fair for everyone.

5. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Creem, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Creem handles payment, billing, invoices, and applicable sales tax or VAT, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars. Tax may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing link in your receipt email. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

6. Refunds

Your first purchase can be refunded in full within 7 days, no questions asked. Details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use BuyerDrill for anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful;
• try to make the AI produce such content, or bypass its safety limits;
• enter information you are not allowed to share, such as confidential prices, customer names, or other people's personal data (placeholders like "our price" work for every drill);
• share, resell, or sublicense your account or plan;
• scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or overload the service, or get around usage limits.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you say or type in a drill. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you: to generate the buyer's replies, score your drill, show your progress, and keep the service secure. How we handle this data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. AI output

Buyer replies, scores, hints, and suggested lines are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Use your own judgment. You are responsible for what you say to real buyers. In particular, only make claims about certificates, test results, prices, or dates that you can document.

10. Changes and availability

We are a young product and will keep improving it. Features may change. We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you and you may ask for a pro-rated refund of the unused period.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost deals, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using BuyerDrill at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@buyerdrill.com. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or on the website before it takes effect. Continuing to use BuyerDrill after that means you accept the updated terms.
