For Asian exporters selling in English

Practice the buyer call before the buyer call.

Five-minute voice drills with a tough AI buyer who pushes on price, MOQ, lead time, samples and certificates. You're scored on the business moves buyers notice, not your accent. Stuck? Get a hint in your own language.

How it works

Three steps, five minutes, one better answer.

Built for the week before a trade show, a big video call, or a price review.

1

Pick your buyer

Scenario examples

Real export objections, not small talk.

Every scenario has a buyer persona, a setting, and objections that escalate. Buyers come from the US, Europe and the Middle East; products range from electronic components and auto parts to machinery, furniture and food ingredients. You win by making the right business move.

Scoring

Scored like a buyer would score you.

Buyers don't grade grammar. They notice whether you answered, whether you gave something away for free, and whether they know what happens next.

  • A
Answer firstThe point in the first sentence, one reason, then stop.
  • B
Handles the real objectionA direct answer with a number, a condition, or an honest "I'll confirm by Friday".
  • C
Trades, doesn't give"If you can do X, we can do Y." No reflexive discounts, no "no problem" on numbers.
  • D
Accurate terms, honest claimsMOQ, FOB, lead time from PO, deposit, certificate scope. Nothing you can't document.
  • E
Concrete next stepWho does what, by when, agreed with the buyer.
Not scored: accent or pronunciation. Speech-to-text slips are ignored. Clear business English beats a perfect accent.

WhyA discount with nothing in return tells the buyer there's more room.
Promise check: risky claims like "guarantee", "100%" or "all certificates" lower your score and come back as a fix with an honest version.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is this an accent or pronunciation trainer?

No. BuyerDrill never scores your accent. It scores what a buyer reacts to: whether you answered the question, held your price or traded for it, used the right trade terms, avoided promises you can't back up, and agreed a next step. Plenty of top export salespeople have strong accents and close deals every week.

Which languages do the hints support?

The AI buyer always speaks English, because that's what your buyers speak. Hints, feedback and menus are available in English, Japanese, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Spanish and Turkish. The translations are new, so tell us at support@buyerdrill.com if something reads wrong.

What happens to my voice and my company's numbers?

Speech recognition runs in your browser (in Chrome it is processed by Google's speech service), and our server receives only the text. We never receive or store your audio. Transcripts are stored so you can see your progress, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. You never need to use real prices or customer names: placeholders like "our price" or "X weeks" work fine, because the drill is about how you say it. We don't sell your data.

Who is it for?

Export salespeople, sales managers and factory owners in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Southeast Asia and China who negotiate with buyers in the US, Europe and the Middle East in English as a second language. Any industry: electronic components, auto parts, machinery, tools, furniture, food ingredients, packaging, lighting and more.

Why not just ask a general AI chatbot to play a buyer?

You can, and it's a good start. BuyerDrill adds ready-made export scenarios, a buyer who escalates in a realistic order, a consistent 25-point score, rewrites of your own lines, and a check on promises you can't document.

What is a founding seat?

A one-time $19 payment for 12 months of practice with 15 drills a month, limited to the first 100 buyers. It does not renew. Your first purchase can be refunded in full within 7 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the billing link in your receipt, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If it's your first purchase, you can get a full refund within 7 days, no questions asked. Payments are handled by our reseller, Creem, which issues receipts and processes refunds.

Can my company buy seats for the team?

Team plans aren't available yet. If you manage a sales team, email support@buyerdrill.com and we'll contact you when team seats are ready.
